As 2018 rolls on, I wanted to share with you some nugget of wisdom that would put everything into perspective and help catapult you into the coming months with confidence, hope, and clarity. But just what are those magic words?!

Despite the growing pains you may feel in your mind, soul, or bones: 2018 is an incredible year for progress. This stage of humanity’s evolution requires that people like you and I work more honestly than ever on ourselves and the world around us, to continue preparing for further awakening.

This is a period of extreme transformation. Whether you are feeling the change on a global scale or very personally, don’t be discouraged if you hit a road block every now and then. Evolution, like any creative process, often involves a series of fits and starts, so don’t lose hope during the ‘off’ times.

Remember to appreciate how far you’ve come, take solace in the small victories, and spend time appreciating moments you share with friends, family, lovers, and strangers.

Remember: Do not allow your life to become anything other than the greatest vision you ever had about what it could be. Be who you are meant to be. Be yourself in 2018. In living those words is where the real magic happens.
